It has converted many a decaf skeptic into believers. Decaf has been overlooked or scoffed at by the specialty coffee world too long. This naturally processed decaf (that’s right, a natural decaf) is filled with notes of butterscotch, cocoa, and overflowing with a smoky feel to fill your cup! We love the way this tastes!
A quick educational note on decaf…Always look at the method of how a decaf had the caffeine removed to make sure it was a non-solvent based technique. In other words, make sure you’re not drinking chemicals in your coffee. All of the decaf coffees we carry are non-solvent methods (never any chemicals) mostly utilizing the swiss-water technique.
