Originally designed as an espresso blend (and still our number one recommendation for espresso!), we quickly realized this was a versatile, multi-purpose blend, suitable for just about any brewing technique - drip, pour over, espresso, and even cold brew.
Canyon Blend is composed of coffees from three origins in three continents - Mexico, Colombia, and Ethiopia - which gives this coffee great balance, medium body, and subtle hints of fruit and sweetness.
